					<description>haha that is hilarious bro! we have all been there tho, i was benching once and tried to be a tough guy and bang out one last rep and once it hit my chest it wasn't going anywhere haha. i had to get an asian guy in the gym to lift it off of me!</description>

					<description>Yeah looks pretty good for diet.. I try to limit my whey protein intake to about 40g of my actual protein intake per day and 60g total supplemental protein, the rest is whole food protein(lean meats and cottage cheese and PB and what not)  
Only thing I see a prob with is the sleep issue.  It's hard for some people to take caffeine that late in the evening and get to bed that early.  Try lifting like an hour or two earlier than what it says in your blog?  Idk what your time issues are, but you shouldn't take White Flood within 4-5 hours of sleep, depending on how much it affects you.</description>
