Reps ,Weight, and Control
Before i begin an exercise i focus on the muscle that needs to be trained.I lock my body into proper position as though im a machine and once the set begins i make my last rep look like my first .When i can no longer do that the set is done .Maintaining control throughout the full range of motion an utilizing the proper weight to place the stress on the muscles you are training is critical to the development of your body. Don’t sacrifice great control and proper reps just to get the weight up.Make sure u are giving your body the best chance it can to develop to it’s ultimate potential.
