In the 7 years that i have been working out everyone has a theory on whats the best exercises, sets reps and rest periods for muscle growth and fat loss. You really have to go through trial and error to find whats best for your body. Each one of us are unique in shape and structure and benefit best from different programs. One of the most important things you can do is learn as much about your bodytype as possible whether endomorph, ectomorph,or mesomorph that will give you a good starting point to go by in your quest to get in shape.I personally stick to the basic exercises dips,pull-ups,and some variation of the squat.I will throw in isolation exercises from time to time just for variety.Be patient and persistense and results will follow.

To me bodybuilding is a lifestyle that involves alot of components to get the best results. Those are training, cardio, healthy eating, and rest and recuperation. All bodyparts must be in proportion to each other, therfore they must be trained equally. Most people only focus on the muscles that respond the best neglecting those that need improvement to be in sync with the others.Everyone is blessed with unique genetics whether you are an ectomoroh with a high metabolism and a greater amount of mitochondria which enables you to burn bodyfat easily.Or an mesomorph who has a naturally built physique with a large amount of fast twitch fibers allowing your muscles to hypertrophy fast.Even a endormorph with a slow metabolism and large bodyfat stores can put on muscle fairly easy and is quite strong.Use what God has given you to your full advantage and remember,Train to build and eat clean to reveal.
