I have been back at things since Jan 2nd and am seeing results. I am working out smarter not harder and eating "as clean as I can" I have lost 8lbs so far. Want to be 130 by March 16(going to cali for a wedding). Well good luck to everyone.

Just got back from vacation yesterday. We were gone for two weeks. Half way through I was up ten pounds. Came back only 4 lbs up I hoping just water weight!! We had a wonderful time but, now back to the grindstone. I am still working with Kim and have alot of weight to lose. I set a goal for myself which is to compete in my first comp ny 30 which is two years.

Today had been a good day. I went to the gym and did back, rear delts and some abs. I also did about 25 minutes of cardio. Diet good so far. Kim e-mailed me back and made some changes to the diet since I am going nuts. I am sure that the changes will kick it in again and I can’t wait!!! I feel so good when I lose a little weight I feel like all the effort is working and if I don’t lose Ifeel like the effort is not worth it. I kow that how everything works. Tomorrow is leg day and I always can feel that.

Started the day out really good. Went to the gym did shoulder, rear delt and some ab worl felt great. Hubby called and we meet for lunch. Went to subway and I had a pizza. I am so disappointed in myself. My self discipline sucks right now and I really need to get back on track. I should be receiving a e-mail from Kim today and that will set me straight(he is so encouraging).

Well, I did not quit I just did not follow the plan exactly. I did very well the the first week. The second week O.K. But the last few days were bad. We were out of town for a concert and I partied and ate too much. I was back on track yesterday and am starting anew. Hope I didn’t screw things up to bad.

Today is my third day with Kim and so far so good. Lost 5.5 lbs(i am sure all water weight). Feel great. Diet is very easy to follow, although I feel like I am constantly eating(not all bad). My short term goal is to be below 140 by next friday. Good luck to me and all others with their goals.

Well, I am very excited I start my new journey with Kim Oddo on Friday. I am wondering if The program will be easy or difficult to follow and just dreaming of the body that I will have in 12 weeks. If things go as planned I will follow up with a competition program with him and start competing.
