Animal Pump!!!

Alright, so today was my 13th day on Universal’s Animal Pump and all I have to say is…Wow!!  Not only do I have pump that feels like my shirt is going to rip and an increase in strength so much that I’m going up in weight every workout…the thing I like the most is the focus and intensity of the workout.  There is nothing like the feeling of have your muscles completely spent yet still doing full reps!!

Almost ready for summer

Less than two weeks until school is out and I’m looking forward to having more time workout, especially cardio.  However, I’m not ready to go take my shirt off at the pool…still lots of work to do.

Determined!!

Getting close to summer vaction…Wow! Do I ever need a break.  I’ve gone from football to track to spring football and at the same time teaching the freakin’ TAKS test to kids who don’t care most of the time…been there.

 I’ve been taking Animal Pump for five days now and I must say it has been great so far.  I’m looking forward to having a little more free time to increase my cardio.  I’ve also really changed my diet…I make all my lunches Sunday night three days of Chicken breast, broccoli, and brown rice; one day of some type of grilled fish (usually Talipia) and brown rice.  The last day is either tuna or I go to Subway (Chicken Teriyaki).  I’m seeing some really positive changes and some of my students have made comments that, "I look freakin’ swole".  I’m fired up!!

On the road to recovery…

After going to the doctor to get some medicine for the back spasams that I had last week, I’m officially on the road to recovery.  I had a decent week of work…got my mile jog under 10 mins (yeah I know that is slow) and hope to increase my weight workout next week.  Spring football got going this week and it is sometimes difficult to find the energy to exercise, but I’ve got to keep focus on the goal.
