12 weeks program - done!

So I finished the 12 weeks program that kris gethin has created. I am very grateful for what he did, as this really made it easy for me to start working out again.

Now based upon that, I have modified and added exercises to that program, so I ended up with a 6 month plan, that suites my needs.
