Workout #1

I woke up at 6 am to study for my exam. Popped a caffeine pill and chowed two bowls of Frosted Flakes. Took my exam, which I did surprisingly better than I anticipated. After my exam I chilled at the apartment for a bit working on my WoWBot. Then I went and worked out. Things were a little rough, but I’m confident that I can improve rapidly. After my workout I chilled at the apartment and chowed down on a PB&J plus Apple Sauce. I went to Physics Discussion and work, pretty uneventful. I was a little out of it at work, I think this was due to dehydration so I’ve been gulping down water since I’ve been home. I ate two pieces of bread plus two hamburger patties for dinner. The frozen hamburger has more fat than I’d like; it left a pretty crazy amount of saturated fat on the pan which was a bitch to clean off… The burgers were good but I needed to season them a tad more: a small amount of salt and pepper would do the trick. Now I’m updating my BodySpace (got a prof pic, yay!), and just about to head to the library to study for another exam tomorrow — Logic.

    Keep working hard man, the results will take care of itself if you do. I remember struggling to juggle work, a full class load, and the gym when I was in college. If I could give you one piece of advice it would be to watch your diet. It’s so much easier to do when you’re younger. Maybe exchange the Frosted Flakes for a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of protein in it. Start strong. Finish stronger.
