Workout #1
November 10, 2009I woke up at 6 am to study for my exam. Popped a caffeine pill and chowed two bowls of Frosted Flakes. Took my exam, which I did surprisingly better than I anticipated. After my exam I chilled at the apartment for a bit working on my WoWBot. Then I went and worked out. Things were a little rough, but I’m confident that I can improve rapidly. After my workout I chilled at the apartment and chowed down on a PB&J plus Apple Sauce. I went to Physics Discussion and work, pretty uneventful. I was a little out of it at work, I think this was due to dehydration so I’ve been gulping down water since I’ve been home. I ate two pieces of bread plus two hamburger patties for dinner. The frozen hamburger has more fat than I’d like; it left a pretty crazy amount of saturated fat on the pan which was a bitch to clean off… The burgers were good but I needed to season them a tad more: a small amount of salt and pepper would do the trick. Now I’m updating my BodySpace (got a prof pic, yay!), and just about to head to the library to study for another exam tomorrow — Logic.
