Training 08′ my new method YOU need to check out!!!

hey guys its been about a month since the new year. ive changed my training methods completly. and the progress for a cutting diet im making is incredible. i call it double depletion training {coined by me :) }. try it out. its when u tran twice a day and 5 days a week. **if u want abs it will be about a month until they come through if you eat right.** the training i am curetly doing and will always use now when im cutting is in the morning or round 12 (depending on how i feel) i will do a 1.5 mile run, then 10 push ups, 20 crunches, 10 pull ups 60 sec rest, then 15 push ups 25 crunches, and 15 pullups 60 sec rest, finaly 20 push ups 30 crunches and 15-20 pull ups. then i take a whey protein shake. this has elevated my metabolism sooo much. you get very tired though. i have been traing like this for two weeks and my abs are already starting to come through. i say another two weeks and ill be pretty hard. 4 more weeks and ill be ompletly ripped. its amazing try it

if any body has used something like this before let me know and share your experience.

make sure your nutrition is right before you start this because your energy will be low so intake carbs before and after the exercise and try to intake protein the rest of the day

Wisdom or Not so…

felow bb.com brothers and sisters i need your help, (and knowledge that far surpasses mine lol)

wow i just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and it hurts like a bitch. im so angry that i cant run or lift because the excess blood flow to my gums gives me a headache. Ive just finished packing on 10 lbs his summer which i am very proud of, not so clean but i will get definition back. my strength has gone up and im ready to begin my summer/fall workout regimet as soon as my teeth heal which is about 1.5 weeks. i am bulked now, any one have any ideas on how i can do this easily, (i know i know lol easy, yeah right) efficent is my word. ive never cut after a bulk before. and realy never counted calories or stuck to a steady plan just ate when i naturaly thought i needed too, and worked out parts of my body that i thought needed. so if anyone has any feed back as to cutting right after a bulk lemme know, cause for one i aint counting cals lol. but im not 100% sure if i have to lift as ofen as i did regularly, cause i know i gotta run more. please help me out guys   thanks —nick
