trying to eat right

i almost need someone to hold my hand and walk me through the food thing and watch my me to make sure i really wat what i am supposed to. i hate feeling bad eating icecream but i love it lol but its not going to get me on that figure stage. need to do what i need to do. scott will be home in about an hour then its off to the gym. i killed my legs last week only got one lower body workout in due to that. i trained way to hard and my calfs hurt so bad i could bearly get up and down my stairs in the house. anyway hope everyone is doing good out there and keep fighting the good fight.

    Hey Autumn…
I know how it can be, especially when you have a food you love, that’s bad for you!! Trust me! McDonald’s & Panada BOTH gotta lock on me!!! lol… What did it for me, I just did a bodybuilding show, with no experience nor knowledge of it! Just to get my feet wet, learn tha basics of it, then that’s when I set a goal for myselft… (Now this is where tha inner drive kicks in…) Depending on how you do on the show, set a reasonable goal and get to work!! That alone was enough for me… My first show I got 3rd out of 6 people. Without a diet or ANYTHING!!! So I wanted to diet and see how well I can do, then I got 2nd… So you know I was hungry for 1st!! And my next show… GOT IT!!! ;) So… that feeling of being number one is better than anything else! And tha joy is you get to treat yourself afterwards to celebrate!!! And once you lean out and see how you look for a show… You kinda fall in love with that and don’t even want to think about tha foods you ate before!! So you eat it, don’t realize what you saw in it… but know that’s it’s not gone forever… but you just got somethin’ you gotta work for!! :)

So my best advice… "Try a small local show, then set a goal… And set it high!!!"

I’ll help ya tha best I can if you have questions…. just hit me up!

    X

I would download fitness assistant to help track and plan your diet and training. It helps me plan my week and then keep me on track for what I eat and since you can add your cardio and weight training it gives you a god overall idea of what you’re doing.
