I did it to replace workout, lol, it was soooo funny and exiting! think i lost 200Kg that day. then up top of the mountain i put up my skyis and went back down. was a neverending workout&#8230;!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Past times i used to enjoy the dark side of life. I lived for many years workin&#8217; with a famous Rock band, and used to enjoy late night partys&#8230;</p>
<p>This worked for some time, the ppl in that kinda ambience is crazy, &#8217;cause artists usually don&#8217;t even drink and are very healthy; but all the &quot;entourage&quot; is impressing. There&#8217;s a lot of VIPs taking drugs and drinking all the time. I&#8217;ve been drinking that long.</p>
<p>Yesterday the writer of the band gaved a christmas party at his Home and i went there, i&#8217;ve been drinking a bottle of fresh water, didn&#8217;t eat all the catering stuff and then i went home and had workout. This psicologically is the biggest succes i could always imagine!</p>
<p>Only one Year ago i was &quot;the last drunk&quot; goin&#8217; away from the party, and today i&#8217;m the healthier one. This motivated me alot!</p>
<p>&quot;It&#8217;s a long way to the top&#8230;, if you DID Rock and Roll&quot; ;o)</p>

The worste thing is that we have a very good wine here&#8230;, we&#8217;re also near to italy that has some of the most good tasting wines&#8230;, so cold and my mind works too much on carryin&#8217; me to open those bottles while eating and incredibly slow my goal. I do not drink a lot, but that glass of wine at meal is always on the table. It would be nice if somebody may give me some advice on nutrition diet. I can stay without wine with no problems, but i just need some push into nutrionism. thank all, byez.
