i need somebody to tell me how do you stay motivated on workout, and post workout, i always have that little blues some hour after exercices, i do not accept my fat (lol) and it’s difficult to stay tuned.

Try looking at some of the transformations that people have made and posted on this site. It kinda remindes you that anyone can chnage their body with hard work and commitment. GOOD LUCK!

Anger is a great motivator I just think about negative comments and refocus to prove them wrong works almost everytime.
