Im hooked advice and observations
I am now hooked on working out and would like any observations anyone has regarding my build. I would like to reach 180lbs and then get cut. Right now I am in week 5 of a 12 week bulk up program (from M&F magazine). I gained 6lbs over the first three weeks and lost two during week 4 which was a high sets, high rep week. I have read alot of information but would like any advice any experienced bodybuilder would like to share.
