I took a two month break from working out, Before the break i was going 5 times a week for about 7 months… It is amazing how not working out and not eating right go hand in hand. Lost Three pounds during the two months but I lost muscle and replaced it with fat. Im excited to get back to it.

I am now hooked on working out and would like any observations anyone has regarding my build. I would like to reach 180lbs and then get cut. Right now I am in week 5 of a 12 week bulk up program (from M&F magazine). I gained 6lbs over the first three weeks and lost two during week 4 which was a high sets, high rep week. I have read alot of information but would like any advice any experienced bodybuilder would like to share.
