Hello fellow bodyspace memebers as some of you may know I have teamed up with stevep78 to unwrap the gift that I possess underneath all of the bodyfat. I was suppose to begin my new program Monday, but unfortunately I had a episode with my back, where I had to go to the ER due to mild back spasms. I was down and out at first, but I know that it will give me that much will power to eat right and train right. I love training, and I love my body and both of thise go hand and hand to happiness. I love you bodyspace members, look out because J.R. is coming. Peace Out!
