Sorry been so long

Hello everyone sorry it been so long. I guess it is true the older you get the faster life gose by.So make sure even when you dont feel like it try something new as often as you can..

  Sorry it been so long been stayin in the gym 5 days week. Pound away at the weights make great gains.Been still focusing on reps and form then anything.That and working night so been keepin busy

Where the new blood of lifter gonna come from ?

Had a awsome work out yesterday tri, bi ,traps and some abs.Had good pump going that for sure got all done and went to flex  and my bi didnt want to let go afterwards.They were that way rest of night . Usally are that way when i get good bicep workout in . I alway go with soreness, i am after i get all done my  workout. To know how good  i did or not do . Pain the gain i always say.

  Hope everyone had great weekend it went by too quick that for sure.But alway glad to get back in the gym after weekend off if i take it .Was nice working out with my sister yesterday. iI hope it spark interested in it for her.New blood is always good slowed my workout down some . But it was nice to have spoter and to  have someone to cheer me on .It nice to tech  as well as  it is to be tot .She 12 going on 26  didnt think she would be interest but she was what was good change of pace.

  I dont know if any body else get my drift. It seem like these days kids think they  know everything . She actually took the time and listened .Which surprised me for change . That and fact  it hard to find someone that love to workout like i do . You have new year res one, the fly night  , the pump little weight gab for while pump a litlle more weight ect .Any ways i rather work out a lot by myself anyways . When have surge to just keep going and not stop i do  and dont like when someone in my way lol.But it nice when you want to do the couple of force rep to have someone there . Or you think you can do one more bench press and you cant lol.

  So hopefully she keeps up her interested in lifting  it would be nice. Ether way ill still be here pumping  away sculpting my body to where i want it.Ive had them come and go promise they be there. But something else alway become more important. That life i guess , but lifting my life…..Have nice evening off to the gym in a bit

  So where are new blood to come from in this new generation of lazyness and thinking they get it with no hard work .There few good one out there but what about the rest . Weight lifting / body building transulates into life if you dont work for it your not gonna get .

redneck squat

hello it saturday thank god.One those weeks changed shift three time this week. Prode of myself got all my workout in this week.Did’nt think i was going to the way thing where going that for sure.WAs good week in the gym i was very impressed with myself that for sure.But as always feel like am not doing enuff ether . I guess it just those thing that make me push myself more and more.

   Doing one 145 lbs on squat my version from the floor for 15 reps. Probley could do lot more but easy my way up . Cause of how am doing my squats . Really cant afford a squat rack right now so use what i go. But soon as i can get video camera ill film how i do my squat .It starts as snatch ,then into shoulder press ,then i  lower it onto my shoulders and do my squats. I call it a redneck squat lol . I was alway brought up to make do with what you got .

   Weather was really nasty up here last night so made home late after workin the second shift. Would love to have goten workout in . Gonna get one in tomorrow thank god . Ill post how it turned out tomorrow . Got my poster from fame with there up and coming comptishions, just another way to motivate myself. Cause in the future i like to compete, so this will help .Not sure in powerlifting body building or what . Really good org that ive seen so far . Just my side on it

Life is what you make of it. Life is full of up and down ,let down and high. It all in how you deal with  them is, how your life will be. You can make good life for yourself. By working out what ever come along .But rember thing take time to workout not everything in life is worked out over night.Dont give up is good place to start. Cause no one gonna make your life what you want it  or work thing out for you sip for you. 

   Treat everyone how you want to be treated.Just maybe youll treated the same in return.Just something i use in my own and for motivatshion. Thought maybe it would help someone out. That what i love about this site help other and get help myself.Just a bit on my veiw  i think ive rambled on enuff.

    It been nice a little cold but could be worse.It been wounderful weekend for recovery . Can really feel it this weekend. I guess when i can actually take  the time and slow down and relax is when your body really recovers and feel all my gains and area ive hit during my workout week.Off to relax and whatch a little tv everyone have good night

Sleep best proven device

Wow what busy week didnt know it was till today.Well i did but  not as much as it has been. Well it all chatching up to me and i keep falling alseep. Partly due to the lack of sleeep the half due to my body recovering i can totally feel it. Which is good sign sore all over tight.My body feeling like been through war and back.

    Did you know that a bodybuilder/weightlifter best friend is sleep. Yeah that thing even myself with worken night dont always get enuff of  it .With out it  we wouldnt grow  all those gain we work so hard for.Or recover so we can start all over again tareng beating are  muscle in our body so they grow. So rember get your 6 to 8 hr or more of sleep ever day to reach your goals and stay health.

   My sister spending night wich nice to get to spend some time with her. Life  pass by so quick , So i try to take the time and spend it with the ones i love . So ill have some new progess picture now that she here to take them . So wink someone actualy  to take them lol. I hope everyone havein wounderful weekend so far i am.It goes by so quick but i look forward to moday night . Cause ill be headin back the gym.

  I like my new routine  2 excerises per body part and 3 set 15 reps per excerises. Somethig different to change it up . My method is to keep my body woundering and the muscle will come. All for now till tomorrow. Today  and tomorrow are off days from training to recover. To all you fellow lifter and friends out there enjoy your weekend

Welcome To The House Of Pain

Balls to the wall no holding back . No stoping now get the heck out of the way or be  flatin by the frieght train. If you cant take  the pain and tears there the  door have a nice day.Without the pain how do you know if your alive or not? That how i tell .Sorry just little pumped up ready to the gym.

How to speed up your cardio. In recap i walk 3 mile 3 to 5 time a week . I have a pace i usally go at.But today its about 10 to 12 below zero . So let just say my walk was quite a bit faster that for sure.To keep up my body warmth  with doing that i stayed warm  for the most part.Maybe it not the best to do cardo  outdoors in this weather. But i hate cardio so i do what ever it take to get the job done rrr… eye of the tiger.

  Last was one of those mind belowing workout where i felt like my  vein are like pipeline  with the blood flowing through them.My  body like a machine and nothing going to stop me.Am sorer the heck today so that good sign

Bright new year, Bright new day. Happy New year  to All my friends and family here at bb.com. May your Year be full filled with reaching for sky and reaching your goals. Thank you everyone for your support and words of wisdom . From the  bottom of my heart and soul i thank you guys .You dont know how much your words have helped me  and resin my spirt thank you.

 No goal are to big or to small. It up to you in yourself to set and meet them.Dont ever let anyone tell you that your goals are not right  . It all in what your lookin for.The world is full cretics and people telling you that you cant do this or do that. So those are my best words of wisdom.  Shit happen we got to  deal with it  and strive to over come that pile of shit lol.

  Thing are well here, had good rest which i needed. Back to the gym tomorrow to hit  the weight hard. Sweat bleed what ever it take to get me where i need to go.Holiday where wounderful spent them with friend and family. Wish i was with my son . But we take thing in our life with stride and depression . Try to find way to deal with them or fix them.Take the good with bad am glad to have what have . Thanks for all my friend here to. To spend this holiday season all togeather here.
