What could go wrong has

Thank god tomorrow friday. I cant wait that for sure it been long week. One of those weekes that what could go wrong has. Dont get me wrong am glad to have my health and a roof over my head. But just seemeed like everything that could go wrong has.That why i love working out going  to the gym . To  for get all about my worries and stress or  to work them out. With sweat pain and the love for the sport of lifting. Am greatful forever thing ive been given in this life. But at times dont get me wrong i stree and worrie why thing happen to me.But ill post more when i get home in the am have good night

House of pain max test

Sorry this short one . Took tonight before the gym and saw where i stand.With my max on reps of 12. Sounds weird i know most people go for there 1rep max. I did really well i was surprised cause i have not  been maxing out in couple mounth.So am really happy with myself . I went up in bench and bicep curl. Both i went up 10 to 20 lbs since last time i did max rep of 12.Check it out on my bb.com. Am pumped so am off to the gym i hope ever one had great day and have great night.

Workout and eating right

Good morning to me good evening to you. Had awsome work out last night i was impressed. But at the same time feel i could do more lol. Started a new work out plan called speed bumps. I get a lot of my workout through Mucsle and Fitness mag. Cause my worst problem is geting a workout plan set up . To make sure i hit all the muscle groups in the week. This give me  a blue print to go by . I dont always go by the full workout. I fit it to  me and my needs.Right now am doing a routine that consist of 15 reps and 3 set per exceresis . Unlike my last workout routine where it was 4 set and between 10 and 12 reps.Also split are some what  diffent too . Monday are chest , back and abs before was just chest and abs. So well see where it all gose and ill keep you posted as goes. Not sure if good idea to change up my routine every 4 weeks to 12 weeks but i do. Any one got any idea leave me reply .

  Today was nice but geting colder. The windshield factor i think is what alot in makeing it cold. Unlike yesterday was beautiful day for a walk. I got my three mile in like i wanted which was nice. I think my cardio really gonna pay of with loseing weight. In the other hand my eating hasnt been the greatest due to money and time. Time i need to get off my ass and cook my food on the weekends to ensure am eating right. Cause am eating junk when i dont have time to cookk like hotdogs ect. That my down fall that area i need to work on most.

Just tryin to find what work for me

Starting new routine tonight so we will see how it goes. It been 12 weeks on my last routine . So i felt is was time for change it  up to keep my body woundering. Went for my three mile walk today was decent day . We got to three inches over night into today of snow, which i dont mind. Thank god it not very cold out good weather for walking.Felt great had nice relaxing weekend.

   Just start useing a new product. Mhp trac extreme no so far it kept me solid even when am not working out.Combine with takein  mucsle tech  protien  nitro tech well see how it  gose .But i like the  pump the mhp trac give me what feeling . I hate switching around product just tryin to find ones that work for me. So far most have worked the same with some different result but not much.Any idea let me know , just trying to gain a edge. Something that will help my hard training .

   Well runing late hope all is well and everyone had wounderful weekend. Back to the grid for another week the weekend sure go by quick.

Where the heck have i been?

Sorry gang that been few days since ive put up a post . Lots have been going on first we had big storm that knocked out  the power in the area. Due to lots trees being knocked out by high winds causeing polls to snap  and transformer to blow ect .Which is where i come in as a volinteer fire fighter. Which i and other aid in redirecting traffic cuting trees out of the road ect. Then on the other half help people in the community  with generaters dry ice , water food ect. Till power came on which has been on and off the last fews day as there fixing the power lines. In short and big details that where ive been that and working odd shifts. I love firefighting i just dont have lot time for it i give it as much time as i can.

  Thing are geting back to normal little by little havent stoped lifting through it all. Keeping with that like geting up in the morning.Am not gonna get where i wanna be by missing my workout that for sure. So it not gonna happen  even if from time to time it small workout.All my friends here really help in keeping me going and giveing me motivateshion. Havent been geting as much cardio as like . But still geting 2 to 3 days week three mile at a time.Did back last night was great workout  was pumped . All for now talk to you all soon . Keep at it and youul reach your goals. Never stop if there a bump in the road work your way through it.

Back in Action

Back hitin it hard . Did quads hamstring and calves last night . When i  did my suats it felt great no pain or nothing. Then followed up with some lunges ect want to know more about my work out  check my work out tracker. I had lower back pain around xmas  due to trying a excerises a differant way and it bother my back.But now am back action hiter hard . Never stop but was lifting light on back stuff.Sorry to cut this short but the power going on and off due to the high winds. New protien work good so far time will tell .

THard work and the green stuff

Muscletech nitro tech tast really good try the strawberrie felt bloated at first but after  the third dose it worken good. I was wounderin why i got it on sale when i bought to try. It discontinude date still good and all. There just doing the hardcore nitro tech  now.  It was only 20 bucks so id thought i try it.It dont pay me to thing some time lol.This one and  bsn protein are about the best tasting ive had yet . Time will tell how good  it works. They dont give you very much that for sure in the container. About half a mounth if you take the full dose.I guess to look good you have to pay for it.

  Had a great walk today. Walked three miles it was beautiful out. Cool but not to cool just right for walkin.Heading of to the gym soon cant wait. Had a awsome work out last  night Bi and Tri .My arm are sore today so that good i know i wokred them hard .I hope all are doing well talk to you all soon

Looken for sponsership any taker

It sunday a day of rest and chatch up with family and freinds.Still sore alittle but ready to head back to the gym tomorrow night. I can wait like kids in candy shop lol.It been qite day cleaned and all that good stuff a batchler hates to do.

  Did a little cuff work at shh.. it a secret today my off day. But i want to make sure am hiting everything . So i develope right and grow . That big key for anyone, hiting body part all of them so u grow evenly.

    Looking to compete hopefully this year and gain some sponsership to help with costs. So hint looking for sponsership if anyone interested. Am no body right now  but with help or no help  i wanna be a someone. I know i need to help myself first and that what am doing . Am not looking for handout,  am willing to work like i always have for everything i have and get . Am just lookin for a steping stone tell help me get there

New years goal come diehard stay

Had a great workout last night . Bang it out like there was nothing there . Just in one of those mind sets right now where nothing gonna stand in my way. Which feel great  to be like a machine . But after my workout found out that i wasnt . I was some sore when i finshed my workout up with set of thirty pushup. The burn was there that for sure so am doin something right.

 I hope everyone had wounderful sleep while i was worken . Worken night his it disadvantages and it advantages like am able to get my work out and cardio when i want too .But gad tomorrow frriday that for sure been short week but at same time a long one.

 I was really surprise, see i work out mostly at gym at work not many use it . That why i like it so much . But figured with new year and all that. It would be packed for bit with everyone with there new years goals and it would thin out to nothing like has been. But no one  at all been there which am  glad . I gues ive worked out so long a lone . Ive become a loner  dont get me wrong it would be nice to have spotter once in a while.But i go to the gym one thing on my mind get there and get the job done .I dont talk much unless to motivate myself .Am centered in on my workout wham bam thank you mama.But time will tell it only the t begining of the mounth . It open to anyone that where i do so well see . I alway got my personal gym at home . But i always get better workout when there nothing to distract me . I hope all is well with everyne havnt heard from few of you in while hope all is going well
