New smith machine

The past couple of weeks ive been puting a smith maching at the gym togeather. I finally got to use it What differance. I work out alone  so i havnt lifted really heavy in a long time.On squat beanch press ect.

  What difference my first becnh on it  i did 1 set of 10reps with 250lbs then second set of10 wi280 lbslbs. Then a finally set of 8reps with 320lbs. I wasnt even trying to max out so i was empressed. Well see if machine holds up. It one of those combo smith machine with lat pull down,cbale row ect. From dicks sporting good store.I rather be usine free weights but till i find work out partner i big help.

   Anyone else out there have problem finding someone to work out with ?Dont get me wrong it nice to just go in get workout done and be done with it. But it also nice to have somethere to push you.

redneck squat

hello it saturday thank god.One those weeks changed shift three time this week. Prode of myself got all my workout in this week.Did’nt think i was going to the way thing where going that for sure.WAs good week in the gym i was very impressed with myself that for sure.But as always feel like am not doing enuff ether . I guess it just those thing that make me push myself more and more.

   Doing one 145 lbs on squat my version from the floor for 15 reps. Probley could do lot more but easy my way up . Cause of how am doing my squats . Really cant afford a squat rack right now so use what i go. But soon as i can get video camera ill film how i do my squat .It starts as snatch ,then into shoulder press ,then i  lower it onto my shoulders and do my squats. I call it a redneck squat lol . I was alway brought up to make do with what you got .

   Weather was really nasty up here last night so made home late after workin the second shift. Would love to have goten workout in . Gonna get one in tomorrow thank god . Ill post how it turned out tomorrow . Got my poster from fame with there up and coming comptishions, just another way to motivate myself. Cause in the future i like to compete, so this will help .Not sure in powerlifting body building or what . Really good org that ive seen so far . The monday’s

The weekend is over and the monday’s are here.It seems the weekend just fly right by dont they.I had good one dont know about anyone else was cold here . But winter  is here, got ecpect that up here in the moutains.

  Off to the gym here in bit did my usally 30 setup and didnt do my 3mile walk cause so cold out 10 below or so.Just getin ready for work now and check up on my freidn on here and seein how there comin on the new years goal.Am comin along on mine slowly but surely.Sorry so short runing late eveyone have great day  talk you guys all late

Got muscle????

Good afternoon wow the wind is blowing here like crazy. I hope  it dont  storm like it did last week . Tree down power out people cold. I get highp out of helping people. But not to see people people suffer that for sure. The weather in the andirondacks you never know. One min it could be sunny and nice out. Like today it was then all of sudden winds that could blow you away. We dont get hurricans, earth quaks  and all that stuff but we get enuff of everything else, Floods ,cold ice storms ect.I guess it like anything you get use to it. I still no matter what get my workouts done even in the dark lol.Long store i got done what need to get done that all that matters.

   Had pumping work out last night i was proud of myself. Always feel it not enuff but proud of myself. I guess it just one of those thing strideing always to do better.It like my friend fern on here say everyone has fetish hers and mine is muscles.We all need something in life that make us happy and proud. This is mine did bi tri and traps last night.What a pump thought my arms where gonna fall off lol.But pushed through the pain and got through it. Pain the game right ,right that the way i know am growing.

   To start off when got up went for three mile walk. then    Did 3 set 15 close grip bench at 150lbs,3 set15 tri press down at 120lbs, barbel curl 3 set 15 at 90lbs, Preacher curl with ez bar 3 set 15 at 60lbs,barbell shrugs 3 set 15 at 90 bls, Db shrugs 3 set 15 at 50lbs, Setup 1 set 30  at bw, Push up 1 set 30 at bw  and then tryed to do hammer curl but i was done lol.Just taste of what do you want know more check out my workout tracker or ask

  In ending for now  it not what you dont do that people rember . It what you do , do through all the naste thing people say and do cause  where strideing to be unique and different then them . That people rember us by . So keep pump it what make you happy that matter most

Where the heck have i been?

Sorry gang that been few days since ive put up a post . Lots have been going on first we had big storm that knocked out  the power in the area. Due to lots trees being knocked out by high winds causeing polls to snap  and transformer to blow ect .Which is where i come in as a volinteer fire fighter. Which i and other aid in redirecting traffic cuting trees out of the road ect. Then on the other half help people in the community  with generaters dry ice , water food ect. Till power came on which has been on and off the last fews day as there fixing the power lines. In short and big details that where ive been that and working odd shifts. I love firefighting i just dont have lot time for it i give it as much time as i can.

  Thing are geting back to normal little by little havent stoped lifting through it all. Keeping with that like geting up in the morning.Am not gonna get where i wanna be by missing my workout that for sure. So it not gonna happen  even if from time to time it small workout.All my friends here really help in keeping me going and giveing me motivateshion. Havent been geting as much cardio as like . But still geting 2 to 3 days week three mile at a time.Did back last night was great workout  was pumped . All for now talk to you all soon . Keep at it and youul reach your goals. Never stop if there a bump in the road work your way through it.

Looken for sponsership any taker

It sunday a day of rest and chatch up with family and freinds.Still sore alittle but ready to head back to the gym tomorrow night. I can wait like kids in candy shop lol.It been qite day cleaned and all that good stuff a batchler hates to do.

  Did a little cuff work at shh.. it a secret today my off day. But i want to make sure am hiting everything . So i develope right and grow . That big key for anyone, hiting body part all of them so u grow evenly.

    Looking to compete hopefully this year and gain some sponsership to help with costs. So hint looking for sponsership if anyone interested. Am no body right now  but with help or no help  i wanna be a someone. I know i need to help myself first and that what am doing . Am not looking for handout,  am willing to work like i always have for everything i have and get . Am just lookin for a steping stone tell help me get there

Light minded

Good evening good morning what ever it is to you. Today it good evening to me lol. Moday it will be good morning to me at this time.Hope everyone is well. Am great enjoyin my day off. Relaxion going see friends and doing all that good stuff.Weather been nice warmed up to 10 to 20 degress out.

 I would love to workout today but i know it my day off and i need the rest.I might sneak a lilttle in tomorrow .Am like kids at christmas when come to worken out. Ill probly do cuff work out. A area a lot dont hit and they should ive noticed.Thats why a lot have shoulder problem later on . I hope to do thread on cuff workout soon to help other out. Which i love to many do on this site which i love.

2008 goals

Another year has come and gone . But one thing that different this year . Is that am on my game sticken to the gym.Cold steel  in my hands and the determination flowing through my vein day in and day out . That my life  this day in age what yours ?lol got good ring to it donst it .

  Let see  what they say is true. The more you workout the easyer it is to stick to it. I belive in that it seem just like yesterday. But not it just part of my life. Dont get me wrong i have good days and bad days just like everyone else.But you work through them and keep plugin away.Even through those time when your depressed and look in mirror and say where all my hard work . Look at all that fat ect.I have those days  as well. A lot growin up as fat kid .

  I know those day very well. This fight is not new to me. Just now there more to it then just loseing weight . I want to go some where with my lifting compitishion contest ect. I guess that one of my Goal for 2008. My second is to get in the best shape of my life for me … Keep pumpin away it might not lookin now but your going some where

Happy holiday friends

I hope all are havin very speacail Christmas filled with family and friends.Went to a family gathering tonight. Saw a lot poeple i havnt seen much of this year which was great.That what i love about this time of year. Geating togeather with family and friends and shareing this time of the year.So I thought id i sit down and spend some time with all of you here on bb.com. Which are my friend and spend some of this speacail day.So all of my friend here please have speacail christmas thank you for being there when i need you guys. For advice cheering me on ect.

 Sure didnt stick to my deit today that for sure . Now am just trying to whatch what i eat . It to hard to eat right now for me .So trying to stay away from candy and that short of stuff a start.Yeah on know am yellow when come to the holiday least am being honest lol.Not good enuff i know i agree after tomorrow i need to get my ass in gear. I hope everyone is haveing  a great holiday hope to hear from you all really soon.
