Just my side on it

Life is what you make of it. Life is full of up and down ,let down and high. It all in how you deal with  them is, how your life will be. You can make good life for yourself. By working out what ever come along .But rember thing take time to workout not everything in life is worked out over night.Dont give up is good place to start. Cause no one gonna make your life what you want it  or work thing out for you sip for you. 

   Treat everyone how you want to be treated.Just maybe youll treated the same in return.Just something i use in my own and for motivatshion. Thought maybe it would help someone out. That what i love about this site help other and get help myself.Just a bit on my veiw  i think ive rambled on enuff.

    It been nice a little cold but could be worse.It been wounderful weekend for recovery . Can really feel it this weekend. I guess when i can actually take  the time and slow down and relax is when your body really recovers and feel all my gains and area ive hit during my workout week.Off to relax and whatch a little tv everyone have good night

Sleep best proven device

Wow what busy week didnt know it was till today.Well i did but  not as much as it has been. Well it all chatching up to me and i keep falling alseep. Partly due to the lack of sleeep the half due to my body recovering i can totally feel it. Which is good sign sore all over tight.My body feeling like been through war and back.

    Did you know that a bodybuilder/weightlifter best friend is sleep. Yeah that thing even myself with worken night dont always get enuff of  it .With out it  we wouldnt grow  all those gain we work so hard for.Or recover so we can start all over again tareng beating are  muscle in our body so they grow. So rember get your 6 to 8 hr or more of sleep ever day to reach your goals and stay health.

   My sister spending night wich nice to get to spend some time with her. Life  pass by so quick , So i try to take the time and spend it with the ones i love . So ill have some new progess picture now that she here to take them . So wink someone actualy  to take them lol. I hope everyone havein wounderful weekend so far i am.It goes by so quick but i look forward to moday night . Cause ill be headin back the gym.

  I like my new routine  2 excerises per body part and 3 set 15 reps per excerises. Somethig different to change it up . My method is to keep my body woundering and the muscle will come. All for now till tomorrow. Today  and tomorrow are off days from training to recover. To all you fellow lifter and friends out there enjoy your weekend

Got muscle????

Good afternoon wow the wind is blowing here like crazy. I hope  it dont  storm like it did last week . Tree down power out people cold. I get highp out of helping people. But not to see people people suffer that for sure. The weather in the andirondacks you never know. One min it could be sunny and nice out. Like today it was then all of sudden winds that could blow you away. We dont get hurricans, earth quaks  and all that stuff but we get enuff of everything else, Floods ,cold ice storms ect.I guess it like anything you get use to it. I still no matter what get my workouts done even in the dark lol.Long store i got done what need to get done that all that matters.

   Had pumping work out last night i was proud of myself. Always feel it not enuff but proud of myself. I guess it just one of those thing strideing always to do better.It like my friend fern on here say everyone has fetish hers and mine is muscles.We all need something in life that make us happy and proud. This is mine did bi tri and traps last night.What a pump thought my arms where gonna fall off lol.But pushed through the pain and got through it. Pain the game right ,right that the way i know am growing.

   To start off when got up went for three mile walk. then    Did 3 set 15 close grip bench at 150lbs,3 set15 tri press down at 120lbs, barbel curl 3 set 15 at 90lbs, Preacher curl with ez bar 3 set 15 at 60lbs,barbell shrugs 3 set 15 at 90 bls, Db shrugs 3 set 15 at 50lbs, Setup 1 set 30  at bw, Push up 1 set 30 at bw  and then tryed to do hammer curl but i was done lol.Just taste of what do you want know more check out my workout tracker or ask

  In ending for now  it not what you dont do that people rember . It what you do , do through all the naste thing people say and do cause  where strideing to be unique and different then them . That people rember us by . So keep pump it what make you happy that matter most

Workout and eating right

Good morning to me good evening to you. Had awsome work out last night i was impressed. But at the same time feel i could do more lol. Started a new work out plan called speed bumps. I get a lot of my workout through Mucsle and Fitness mag. Cause my worst problem is geting a workout plan set up . To make sure i hit all the muscle groups in the week. This give me  a blue print to go by . I dont always go by the full workout. I fit it to  me and my needs.Right now am doing a routine that consist of 15 reps and 3 set per exceresis . Unlike my last workout routine where it was 4 set and between 10 and 12 reps.Also split are some what  diffent too . Monday are chest , back and abs before was just chest and abs. So well see where it all gose and ill keep you posted as goes. Not sure if good idea to change up my routine every 4 weeks to 12 weeks but i do. Any one got any idea leave me reply .

  Today was nice but geting colder. The windshield factor i think is what alot in makeing it cold. Unlike yesterday was beautiful day for a walk. I got my three mile in like i wanted which was nice. I think my cardio really gonna pay of with loseing weight. In the other hand my eating hasnt been the greatest due to money and time. Time i need to get off my ass and cook my food on the weekends to ensure am eating right. Cause am eating junk when i dont have time to cookk like hotdogs ect. That my down fall that area i need to work on most.

Issues

Had bad headache last night so no lifting. Must be from all stress ive been under with all the useally holiday issue money time ect. I cant let it get the best of me but  do . Dont know about anyone else but it dose me. Back to gym tonight.Cant wait feel like crap when i dont get my work out in .If i didnt have to go to work after wards i probly would lifted .

 Back trying to eat well but wel see how it gose. I think that big part of why i havent elt at the top of my game. I can feel the diffence that for sure

I had good weekend did you ?

Today and yesterday where my off days to recover. Ive been little sore this past week with my workout. Not to bad but i wanted to make sure i got proper rest days. Didnt walk more then three day this week been busy and figured i needed a little break this week. Back to it tomorrow thou. Hope everyone had nice weekend. Those of you who worked out hope they where good ones and got lot done. Those of u who didnt hope you had great rest weekend

Good afternoon fellow bodyspace friends

It was a off day no workouts or cardio. It was nice rest day for me which  i enjoyed . It was one those day where i know all the progress ive made and all the improvements ive made. But today all my flaw and area stuck out that need work or just drove me nuts. Nut sure that good thing or bad thing but buged me.

   My eating my worst evrything else is going well. Been sticking to my workout and cardio. Switch my workout every 8 to12 weeks ect. Part of it money the other part are craving i guess . Plus i work night all excuss i guess but am trying to fix it .  I say to myself just do it . But that isnt worken .Any advice would be much help thanks to all

Everyone has there adiction that  they want   to qiute or get ride of. But everyone knows it easyer said then done. Mine is food i love food speacail the type am not suspose to have the high caloier type. Some day week are better then others. My worest time are when am depressed or lazy. lot say its easy piece cake to stop well i admagine there many out there that dis gress as well as me . If anyone has insight i would be more then happy to hear it
