Abs workout gone wrong or not
You ever have one those abs workout . Where you pushed a little to hard and you feel like your gonna be sick . Well i had one those last night.Did 3 set of 15 reps hanging leg raise, 3 set of20 rep crunchs and 1 set of 30 rep setup.Plus i did a leg work out that kiced ass. Did the leg workout first then abs and when finish i was pumped but felt like crap on shingle. It suck that felt like crap but least i know i did enuff of abs workout. Arent that sick lol..But fater a good trip to the bathroom and a protien shack i felt a lot better.
Off to the gym here in bit for some more pain. Pain the name of the game the way i feel. If you arnt sore after word. To me you havnt done enuff to grow that how i feel.I could feel it today that for sure . Not as much as thought id would but i did i give it a 6 .All for now folks tka e care
