The Pump

What  we are lookin for out of a work out . Young old all the same inb what where  we look for . The pump the feelin that nothing stand in our way. The eye of tiger the no return. So many ways to put but all mean one thing. That place you go that u feel like nothing and no one can stand in your way. That why i lift When i get there i never want to return and i keep going back for that feelin. . But that pump that feelin like drug . You all know what am talkin about if you dont. When you get there wow. Whatch out irion stand no chance. That how it feel everytime i work out . Some times take while to get there but  when i get there and i  want more. Every part of you feel like superman

No cardio

Been down the last two day. Havnt been able to walk . Due to working extra hours . I alway feel better when i walk. Still workin out thou.  So  am keep that up just tryin to find time for cardio. Itll be better next week. Maybe am doin to much cardio anyways some say yes some say no. So who know lol

Busy time but not to busy to keep u all posted

Last night had great workout. Those recovery days really helped. Still sore but not as bad. Am back to doing 30 pushup and 30 situp with my walk in the morning. Got some heads up on some compitshion for next summer so well see how thing go . Just dont seem to be enuff time in the day . Fillin out xmas cards right now but wanted to keep u guys posted on what going on with me . Hope to hear from everyone take care. Keep me posted

The weekend

Been nice weekend took friday and saturday off to recover . Tonight am doin a back work out. Consisting of dumbell deadlifts,one arm dumbell row,pull up, seated row and stright armed lat pulldown. I hope it good one ill let you know tomorrow.Am really excite i hope everyone had good weekend. Tryed  on pants size 36 today they fit i felt so good since i use to wear size 42. That what make me feel so good .

Post turkey workout

Hope everyone had very nice holiday filled with family and friend . I did  it was very nice toped off with a good workout last night.I felt like the hulk . I was nt  tierd out or anything. I figure i would be after the turkey like i usally am . didnt really want to work out last night . But i know if i want anything out of life i have to earn it like everyone else. I hope everyone havein good day

It may be thanksgiving but the stronger and the ones that want to be starnger. Dont stop for nothing sip for afternoon dinner with the family lol.Am off for a walk in the rain wish me luck Everyone have a happy thanksgiving with your family from my family to your have good othanksging. Good afternoon fellow bodyspace friends

It was a off day no workouts or cardio. It was nice rest day for me which  i enjoyed . It was one those day where i know all the progress ive made and all the improvements ive made. But today all my flaw and area stuck out that need work or just drove me nuts. Nut sure that good thing or bad thing but buged me.

   My eating my worst evrything else is going well. Been sticking to my workout and cardio. Switch my workout every 8 to12 weeks ect. Part of it money the other part are craving i guess . Plus i work night all excuss i guess but am trying to fix it .  I say to myself just do it . But that isnt worken .Any advice would be much help thanks to all

Good afternoon to all. I hope everyone has had good day.Just geting back from good walk nice cool out nice day for walk. Ive been keepin  up my walking and lifting but need to set higher goal and challege myself  more is my issue right now.Supplement have been put on hold due to money sip for protien and vitamins.Been eating the best as i  can really working hard at that right now with holidays comeing . Just little update if anybody got any idea or anything feel free thanks
