Triset work out

What work out chest and tri workout group of three different excercess per body party . What a pump. I think best one ive had yet. One where i felt my skin was gonna bust . First i did 2/4 inclined dumbell press, 2/12 inclined dumbell fly, decline push up 2/20 for one tri set. Then dumbell flat bench 2/4 50’s, dumbell flat bench fly 2/12 50’s,pec deck 2/20 100lb as the second tri set. Then for tri i did  lying tri extension 3/4 87lbs, tri press down 3/12 200lbs, behind head dumbell ex 3/20 50’s. To finsh off my workout i did hip thurst and crunch .What a pump i still feel it today

Met my goal

ive offically met goal of loseing ten lbs never thoughig get there but have. That just gose to show anyone can it ive from 265 to 238. Thank you for everyone input and words of wisdoms theymean lot to me and my progress

The power of the pump

Took the weekend off for most part sip for cardio on saturday . Still feel tigh in all right place. I hate to say it i think am fallin in love with lifting lo. When the weekend come i still want to work out . But i know i dont rest am not gonna grow so. Or ill hurt myself . Cant wait to work out today ill keep you all posted on how my work out is

Sorry that it been so long

Been sticken to the gym five days week. Started a new workout it in my workout  blog on here.Am doing a super set program for next 4 to 8 weeks . Walkin 5 to 6 days week 3 miles also for cardio.Plus eating right . I never thought it would take so much time to be health but i found out diffent but now that am in a  routine. It geting easyer  how about for everyone else
