What work out chest and tri workout group of three different excercess per body party . What a pump. I think best one ive had yet. One where i felt my skin was gonna bust . First i did 2/4 inclined dumbell press, 2/12 inclined dumbell fly, decline push up 2/20 for one tri set. Then dumbell flat bench 2/4 50’s, dumbell flat bench fly 2/12 50’s,pec deck 2/20 100lb as the second tri set. Then for tri i did lying tri extension 3/4 87lbs, tri press down 3/12 200lbs, behind head dumbell ex 3/20 50’s. To finsh off my workout i did hip thurst and crunch .What a pump i still feel it today
