Keep your body woundering

Last night was good work out get back in to routine with heavery weights. Still sore a little bit when i go for my walk. But beside that good. Started new routine last night ill let you know how it gose. I like to keep changed up ever 4 to 5 week or so to keep my body wounderin.

Good day to all i ho0pe everyone had great day today. I cant belive how much you can feel. Work out more on your day off from workin out i really can today and am glad least i know am doing what need to get where am going.Im trying something  that read for a few month now . That if you change your workout out ever month or so it confuess your muscle and they cant get use to one work out cause  your always changeing it up . Ive seen a lot progress so am stick with it

Night off from training

But decideed to work out anyways. Hit areas that need more work my delts. whish a lot of time when i work the out I dont feel it afterward which bothers me. So my goal is to slow my rep down , work on form and work more on my days off from training on body part that need it most chest, delts ect. But feelin my delts some today which is great

work out worken

last night was really improvemnet in gym saw a lot of improvments push out reps a lot faster and geting work done quicker and proper. I can wait to hit  the gym tonight walked today when got up did 30 situp and 30 push up walk 3 miles and still had plenty engery walkin up sore but that good i know my wwork out are worken
