<p>The kind of food I am taking now is hard to control, as much as possible I try to control the amount I take.

<p>SET A:</p>
<p>Bicep Curls (Cant do chin-up properly for nuts..)<br />
Push-ups (preferably Bench press but I dont any space for a bench :p)<br />
Front Barbell Squats<br />
Dumbbell Lunge</p>

<p>I tried to read up on what kind of weight lifting a begginer should start with.. there were tons of articles which led to tons of confusion. In the end, I decided to just stick to those that exercise the most muscles like squats, lunges, chest press &amp; shoulder press.</p>
<p>This is because for my goals to loose fats, and logically I would have to develop as much muscules as possible to burn fats and trying target specific muscules group. Hope it will work out fine for me.
