Following faithfully.. as much as possible
Been following my workout routine faithfully Set A and Set B on alternate days and follow by a cardio day.
However, I feel uneasy if I dont get to do any cardio on alternate days, looking at my present plan. It will be 2 days of "rest" before the next cardio. Hopefully this will not hamper my progress in fat loss.
The kind of food I am taking now is hard to control, as much as possible I try to control the amount I take.
