Fight back and some confusion as a beginner..
Did HIIT today with simple static exercises! woot! feels great!
I tried to read up on what kind of weight lifting a begginer should start with.. there were tons of articles which led to tons of confusion. In the end, I decided to just stick to those that exercise the most muscles like squats, lunges, chest press & shoulder press.
This is because for my goals to loose fats, and logically I would have to develop as much muscules as possible to burn fats and trying target specific muscules group. Hope it will work out fine for me.
