Getting motivated
Been doing cardio for the past 2 weeks, cycling and HIIT. Beginning to start to feel good and motivated to do more!
I gonna start some simple static exercises to build and tone the muscles for strength.
22 June: 32km at 24km/h (am)
23 June: 32km at 23km/h (pm)
26 June: 32km at 24km/h (am) and 32km at 23km/h (pm)
28 June: 30mins jogging
29 June: 32km at 24km/h (am)
30 June: 32km at 23km/h (pm)
3 July: 4.8km run (29mins)
5 July: 15min HIIT
Did Sets of Short Burst Workout today. (8 Sets of Push up and barbell curl (40 reps))
