Due to fear of back injuries and confuse on wat kind exercise I want to do, I decided to get the book "Strength Training Anatomy" by Frederic Delavier. I liked the contents with illustration on the method, pictorial view of muscles involved in the particular exercises and warning on posture.
Which helped me in deciding how I am going to workout my body:
SET A:
Bicep Curls (Cant do chin-up properly for nuts..)
Push-ups (preferably Bench press but I dont any space for a bench :p)
Front Barbell Squats
Dumbbell Lunge
Set B:
Barbell Deadlift
Bent Over Barbell Row
Shoulder Military Press
One-Arm Dumbbell Row
I realised that I am missing out the Biceps Femoris area. I will be adding Good Morning to my routines
