Been following my workout routine faithfully Set A and Set B on alternate days and follow by a cardio day.
However, I feel uneasy if I dont get to do any cardio on alternate days, looking at my present plan. It will be 2 days of "rest" before the next cardio. Hopefully this will not hamper my progress in fat loss.
The kind of food I am taking now is hard to control, as much as possible I try to control the amount I take.

Due to fear of back injuries and confuse on wat kind exercise I want to do, I decided to get the book "Strength Training Anatomy" by Frederic Delavier. I liked the contents with illustration on the method, pictorial view of muscles involved in the particular exercises and warning on posture.
Which helped me in deciding how I am going to workout my body:
SET A:
Bicep Curls (Cant do chin-up properly for nuts..)
Push-ups (preferably Bench press but I dont any space for a bench :p)
Front Barbell Squats
Dumbbell Lunge
Set B:
Barbell Deadlift
Bent Over Barbell Row
Shoulder Military Press
One-Arm Dumbbell Row
I realised that I am missing out the Biceps Femoris area. I will be adding Good Morning to my routines

Had a tooth extraction on 14 July, pain as hell –> no workout allow –> sad as hell!
15 July: Felt better and manage to do some upper body exercises, giving the legs some chance to recover.

Most likely I am not pushing myself hard enuff for weights training (Still waiting my weights to be delivered..), cause I feel better after a cardio day..

Did HIIT today with simple static exercises! woot! feels great!
I tried to read up on what kind of weight lifting a begginer should start with.. there were tons of articles which led to tons of confusion. In the end, I decided to just stick to those that exercise the most muscles like squats, lunges, chest press & shoulder press.
This is because for my goals to loose fats, and logically I would have to develop as much muscules as possible to burn fats and trying target specific muscules group. Hope it will work out fine for me.

Mann… lost to my will power and had some beer last night… (less than what I usually have though..)
Today is kind of my rest day, will be doing some weights and cardio tomorrow
Committed to buying some extra weights and equipment, hope it will arrive soon!

Did HIIT(1min Zone 3 and 30 sec Zone 5) today with 5min warm and 5min cool-down felt great
Its friday night now, keeping myself at home. Got to restrain myself from going down to the pub! Too much beers over the years on friday nights, I gonna to make this routine work!

8 July: Did some squats and leg exercises at work (working 24 hours..)
9 July: Came home late from work, cant find any chance to do my cardio.. I feel weak and flabbly :p
Gonna have my cardio done tomorrow first thing in the morning, for now I have to rest for another long day tomorrow!

Went for HIIT. Feels great!
Trying as much as possible not to over-train. Keeping my cardio to every alternate days.
