You are only 25 and already over-aged? Tell 'mom' that she now has me feeling ancient. :-) What are your options for finding a place to live on your own? If not, try to make the best of things. The family can do and tell you anything. But it is totally up to you how to react. Keep your head up and moving forward!

The best revenge is to live a good life.

Get yourself together, get a slammin body, and find yourself before you find someone else to love. Damn girl, no man is worth crying over if he isn't crying for you.

Instead of putting all your focus on this man, start putting your focus on yourself. You still want to lose 8 pounds in four weeks?? Then, map out a plan and focus on that. Then, next month set a new goal and map out a plan. If you keep doing this you will soon forget about him. You will be able to move on without him and WITH a new body. Cheer up. : )

try not to focus on the negative....remember, sometimes it works better to focus on how we are feeling, what we have acheived. don't try to keep looking at the negative! Hang in there.....keep your focus....try not to put dates and times to your fitness level. everyone has there own pace...

Well I know for me I eat 3 main meals and 3 snacks throughout the day, which in most cases can be considered the 6 meals you're suppose to eat a day.

Usually when I count my calories I calculate how much I've eaten for the day (i.e. 1600 calories) and how much I burned at the gym (i.e. 400 calories) which comes to 1200 net calories for the day.

To help calculate my calories I use The Daily Plate on Livestrong.com: http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/

If you play around the site a little you should be able to have a better understanding on how calorie counting works.

I would start off with that first if you're just looking to lose weight.

As far as determining how much carbs, proteins and fats you should consume. I would look at a national nutrition table. The US has one and it's a pyramid, with fats at the smallest part of the pyramid. That should give you some idea of the ratio you should consume.

Seeing a nutritionist might also be helpful to reaching your goals. Good luck, hope this was helpful!

When's the big day? I say, stop looking at the scale and focus more on how your clothes fit. It'll be hard since there are people around you who are giving you their status all the time. But just try your best and your hardest to focus on YOU!

Even if the big day is coming soon, focus on how going to the gym makes you feel good. Feel good about being at the gym because you're working on YOU. The confidence will show on your big day and he'll be so mesmerized by your glow. Believe in a happier you. Keep us posted!
