how do you getover a heartbreak and focus on your body??
I am sitting here on saturday wondering how you can get over a heartbreak and focus on your body and lose the weight of heart break?? stop eating and feel good about yourself when the love of your life has moved on already?? i know the weight im carrying is due to extreme stress and emotional eating that i been doing over some time, gettin depressed crying getting sad and eating and even if i work out i dont lose weight and how can i feel good when ni feel so bad inside? seeing the love of your life happy with somone else?

this is tough one eh.. sorry to hear you’re going thru such a rough patch. you know what… please don’t hate me for saying this.. but this dude… he isn’t worth the pain or the tears or the thoughts. u r eventually going to come out of this trust me on this one… but the important choice for you is whether or not ur gona come out of this strong. i hope u make the right choice. throw away the chips and the icecream and whatever else that qualifies as ‘comfort food’. u’ve reached the bottom.. time to get back up.

Instead of putting all your focus on this man, start putting your focus on yourself. You still want to lose 8 pounds in four weeks?? Then, map out a plan and focus on that. Then, next month set a new goal and map out a plan. If you keep doing this you will soon forget about him. You will be able to move on without him and WITH a new body. Cheer up. : )

thank you guys for your input, i know when your in something eveyone can see the way out except the person in it! and thats why i posted it here i really wanted to get it out there and here some strOng words in return!
