feeling down

today im feeling kinda low, i started my weight loss journey 2weeks ago and there isnt much improvement in stats or weight my body isnt showing any change at all which is kinda depressing since the ppl who started with me are already talking about 2-4lbs weight loss :( what is even more depressing that im going to be meeting this one special person that i have liked for a long time and will finally be getting introduced to sort of a ‘blind’ date for him and i dont look my best at all im still 143lbs with 41.3hips , my thighs 25inches, 31inches waist and puffy arms , nothing lean at all im still a chubby wonka . As the day for the big meeting approaches im getting more and more depress casue i really really like this person. I am losing my motivation .

You should be proud of yourself for setting goals to lose weight and improve your fitness level!! try to focus on the fact that you have stayed the course for 2 weeks! You did not put your weight on over night…it takes time for it to come off. But remain positive that it will happen, and continue to see yourself how you want to be. Don’t give up now! You should be doing this for yourself…and if you meet someone along the way, well that is a plus..but do it for you first! Good luck and keep at it. You are worth it!

Individual resulst may vary. I promise you if you stick with a sensible diet, push yourself in cardio and have a good plan with weights you will see results. Stick with it. Write out your diet, get rid of your crap foods, committ to a "new you" life style, forgive yourself for past sins and reward yourself for new goals met. I promise you, if i could do it at 46 you can do it at 25 girl

hey, cheer up, you are doing all the right things. Some bodies respond faster than others. You just started 2 weeks ago.
Look at it as 2 great weeks. I bet that over the next week you will see some results.
Keep in mind that working out is only about 30 % of what makes it happen. The 70 % is eating the right things at the right times.

Best of luck to you, and if that special person will not see you for who you are at 143 lb you can bet they are not going to see you at 110lb….

Thanks for dropping by my blog - I have added a few more posts. Keep up the posting! IT is a tough old time of the year to slim down but stay the course - it is worth it.

When’s the big day? I say, stop looking at the scale and focus more on how your clothes fit. It’ll be hard since there are people around you who are giving you their status all the time. But just try your best and your hardest to focus on YOU!

Even if the big day is coming soon, focus on how going to the gym makes you feel good. Feel good about being at the gym because you’re working on YOU. The confidence will show on your big day and he’ll be so mesmerized by your glow. Believe in a happier you. Keep us posted!
