ive read an article on muscle techs anator p70 sounds good but would like to know if its worked for any of you guys out there just dont really want to spend the money with out some feed back.

dips

some exercises are really satisfying for me today it was dips havnt done them for a couple of weeks so got a good burn off them .

this exercise is as good as chins or push ups for me. just shows no matter where you are you can always train with these exercises. happy training everybody.

the loss of a great art

had the weekend off last week went to auckland to see the folks felt good to have a rest but did miss the weight training.

does any body know what happen to the good old days of benchpress,standing shoulder press,squats,deadlifts,chins,dips and many others are these exercises becoming a thing of the past it feels like it to me. everytime i train im surrounded by people on swiss balls and balance boards and bosu balls and they stare at me perform exercises from the past and wonder what the hell im doing.

i think that any good exercise plan should have the basics and thats what ill stick to 

this blog doesnt make alot of sense to most i suppose but some of you will understand

not so or so

not so good weighing in on saturday but the weight was still down half a kilo so thats still good.

probably had something to do with no power last week and having a few home brews mid week with nothing else to do.

still all good though.

motivation is all around me i just need to log on and all around me people are achieving there goals makes me all the more determined to kick my "a" into gear and reach mine all.

 my freinds on here i thank you for reaching and ataining your goals its really motivating for me to see your bodyspaces and see you guys kicking "a" and it makes me feel good and want to kick "a" too.

didnt workout today just resting up had a big walk up at a mates farm for 4 hours good view up the top of the hill feels good to have a day off.

took some more pics today can see a little more progress so thats good im about 2.5 kilos lighter now than the last photos cant tell from my biceps pose but my thighs are better i think and calves maybe just gotta keep up with the eating plan and everything will be all good.

i will see them soon abs that is did gvt for stomach yesterday on the wheel it was awesome dont know if your supposed to do it for abs but did it any way it was awesome abs were tired as.

 today got chest and tris totally going to hammer sh*t out of them today feeling good.
