failed to make my goal again just not being strict enough with the eating.
spending a month in melbourne drinking beer probably didnt help the cause will endeavor to do better would be nice to see some abs by christmas also.
licking my wounds today did lunges which i havent done for a month feels like ive been hit the glutes with a sledge hammer.

just getting back in to regular training regime again after adjusting to a new job been hard but back in the game.
feel ing a heap of motivation right now just got to do it.

some people dont understand like my mates keep asking me why do you have train so much come have a beer down the pub, i tell them its like an obsession its the ungodly power you feel its the pump you get the fresh oxygenated blood flowing through your body the mental invincibility of reaching your aims and goals,
even on days when you dont feel so motivated knowing you will feel that way makes you go to the gym and push as hard as you physically can.
feel better now i got that out.

lightest and leanest of been in a long time and feeling awesome eating plan is going well.
introduced cardio to first thing in the morning for about 30 minutes 3 times a week not that keen on it but sticking to it for now.

training has been good eating is good have stayed between 109 and 110 kilos for awhile think its about time to tighten up the eating plan.
may even start uping the cardio another 40 minutes a week.still have failed to make my weight goal last two times got close on the last but missed by a kilo.
dont feel demotivated though always keep trucking along.

did gvt for quads today forgot how kick arse it was. feels like the legs will be pretty thrashed when i wake up.
going to cut it close for my weight goal but weight is still going down which is the main goal.

everything is going well been at the lightest ive been in awhile feelin good should reach my goal this time.

legs felt like they are made of dipleted uranium today after yesterdays workout so i went for a run up at me mates farm today to try and get rid of the stiff legs i think its worked legs feel alot better now.
