Monday, September 17th, 2007I am getting to the gym 5 days a week but I keep changing my routine I haven’t found one that I like. I think I need to do more cardio and less weight. I have worked my biceps a few times and I’m not feeling anything not even a little sore. My bowel movements are doing good hopefully I can keep that up. Any suggestions on routines would help me alot. I am wondering if I should switch from free weight to machines just untill I loose some weight
