I am getting to the gym 5 days a week but I keep changing my routine I haven’t found one that I like. I think I need to do more cardio and less weight. I have worked my biceps a few times and I’m not feeling anything not even a little sore. My bowel movements are doing good hopefully I can keep that up. Any suggestions on routines would help me alot. I am wondering if I should switch from free weight to machines just untill I loose some weight

Okay I had a set back last night it was a friends birthday and we went out for one drink. Ya right I ended up leaving about 12:00 & had a few to many but I am back on track today. The cleansing isnt really doing anything yet. Sometimes I can go up too two weeks without a bowel movement. We will see I expect something to happen by monday. I am feeling very full and it seems like my intestines are up under my ribs.

Okay I have been doing some research & I have decided to do a cleansing for the next two weeks. i have always had slow bowl movements & I think it is time to detoxify my body. I know I will fell much better even though I have been eating healthier the last year I know alot is still in my body I need to get out. I am still going to go to the gym as long as I can stay out of the bathroom. I have never done this before so wish me luck.
