I am getting to the gym 5 days a week but I  keep changing my routine I haven’t found one that I like. I think I need to do more cardio and less weight. I have worked my biceps a few times and I’m not feeling anything not even a little sore. My bowel movements are doing good hopefully I can keep that up. Any suggestions on routines would help me alot. I am wondering if I should switch from free weight to machines just untill I loose some weight

UPDATE I am doing really good with my workouts. I am doing good with my eating I dont really have any bad eating habits I changed those like a year ago.

Okay as for the cleansing I am finally haveing bowel movements. They want you to have two or three bowel movements a  day. Yesterday was my first day I had any bowel movements. So I am doing better I dont feel like my intestines are under my ribs. I am doing this for two weeks but the lady I talked to said I might have to do it for a month.

I will try to keep up on the updates I guess I just think nobody wants to hear about my bowel movements. Its hard for me to think anybody else has this problem.

Okay I had a set back last night it was a friends birthday and we went out for one drink. Ya right I ended up leaving about 12:00 & had a few to many but I am back on track today. The cleansing isnt really doing anything yet. Sometimes I can go up too two weeks without a bowel movement. We will see I expect something to happen by monday. I am feeling very full and it seems like my intestines are up under my ribs.

Okay I have been doing some research & I have decided to do a cleansing for the next two weeks. i have always had slow bowl movements & I think it is time to detoxify my body. I know I will fell much better even though I have been eating healthier the last year I know alot is still in my body I need to get out. I am still going to go to the gym as long as I can stay out of the bathroom. I have never done this before so wish me luck.

Just getting started I hope to reach my goals by this time next year. I would love to loose 35Lbs. and gain some definition. I started working out this week I am doing the Body For Life fitness routine. I am taking organic liquid vitamins, vitamin C (because I always get sick when I start working out), Calcium Zinc & Magnezium (muscles), Glucosamine (joints), Aplle Pectin (bowels). I am also thinking about taking MSM for my joints. I hae alot of burning and aching in my knees when I work out or treadmill. I usually get shin splints but I am working into it slowly in the beginning. My routine requires me to do upper body twice a week & lower body once a week. I also have to do cardio three times a week. i am hoping this will help me loose weight. I am watching what I eat & trying to change alot of things at once. i am hping to blog at least once a week with my progress.
