Time for some motivation

So it has been long time since I went into the gym.  I fell off the fitness wagon and I fell off hard, between life and work, I have found it easier to eat what I want when I want.  I really need a kick in the ass to push me into the gym.  I can’t do this eating and laying around forever.  Think I am going to make up a shopping list and head out to the store.  Then come home and introduce myself to Mr. Eliptical.

Ughhhh, after a weekend of partying with the hubby and family friends I feel like sh*t today.  I need to get up early tomorrow and work out and then do some cardio in the evening.  I watch my American Gladiators show and become motivated again.  I am obsessed with Crush and Phoenix, I need to get their motivation :O)  I do have Jamie Eason’s picture to motivate me in the morning.  I keep inspirational photos around me all the time.

Week 2

Wow pretty tired this week!!! Not very motivated because of being so tired!!  Friday is payday and I can’t believe I am saying this but I think I am going to fall for the as seen on TV gimick and get the Perfect Pushup thing. 

Day 5 and 6

Wow, feeling the best I have felt in a LONG time!  Yesterday I had a moment of serious lightedness (if that is a word)  I ate a few pieces of watermelon and felt a little better.  Body is in shock..No takeout or candy all week…Starting to notice little changes day by day.  Eliptical tomorrow morning, gotta try and beat the Florida heat.  Our gym is in our garage so it is HOT!!

Wow, just realized that i didn’t know how to read my Accu*Measure for the bodyfat% :O(  Over all though I am figuring out this sight and started to set my goals.  Woke up this morning and did the eliptical machine and worked the squat rack.  I am going to be hurting.  1st week and doing more exercise than I have all year :OP  Looking forward to cardio/abs day tomorrow!

Day 2 was actually my free day, but day 3 is on full force.  Woke up to eat my oatmeal and plan my work out this evening.  Currently working and excited about getting out and working out when i get home.

Day 1

May 31, 2008

WOW, I ate a bad breakfast but came home and worked out.  I did my deadlifts, arms curls and abs.  Drinking lots of water and not looking forward to an evening get together for an italian dinner.  PASTA IS EVIL and so good.  I am hoping that they will have salad!  Here is to day one, looking forward to day two.~Angie
