Was supposed to go to they gym again tonight. Didn't make it though. Man I suck at keeping up my workouts in the crappy cold weather and wind. Just end up taking any excuse to stay home and warm. Well, hopefully I can pull it back together and get back on schedule next week.

10:00 PM - liver and onions, almond milk
