Good workout tonight. Taking it easy on my curls due to the injury but thing seem to be coming along nicely. Did some curls with an e-z bar at 50 lbs and am going to up it slowly and make sure I don't get re-injured. Also decided to try out the SL 5x5 program to see how that works for me for the next few months.
11:30 AM - yogurt, granola
3:30 PM - beef stroganoff
7:00 PM - beef and broccoli, pineapple juice
10:00 PM - protein
