Man, I am itching to go back to the gym already. Waiting for my torn tendon in my bicep to heal is freaking taking forever. Haven't done anything in over 2 month while babying it to ensure I don't re-injure it. Have read that it can take like 6 months for it to be back to normal...that is just too long. Sigh.
