Back in it ….OMG
damn it feels like forever since i felt the touch of cold steel, the smell of sweat and heart being pored onto the floor.. the clammering of weights as the last set gets pushed out. Too long I have been away too long have i missed the "pump", Well after 18 months and change im back, my back injury has healed fully (no thanks to trying to be superman) Im finally back in the gym,, and man it feels great ! Just an update il post pics once I get the chance too… Im 230 and 13% BF not bad from being at 250 6% 18months ago.. Thank god for snowboarding. Well its great to be back all..leave me some feed back whenever Im always on !
