well after being sick for 2 weeks and taking a week off for finals i have lost 8 pounds and a lil motivation…but its game time 1st of the year a new start see you guys at 190-200 for summer!!!
Right now im around 155-158…I want to Hit 170 @ or around 12%…I will be on Cell-Tech(dont bash i got 2 for 1), Bulgarian Trib, Chromium, Papaya enzyme, L-arginie, Muscle Juice…So thats about 4 pounds a month…Which Should Be attainable…And my boy sammy is trying to hit 160 by same time so we gonna tear it up
