2nd week
Wednesday, June 20th, 2007So the 1st week went well. I’m using Matt Danielson’s Beginner Bodybuilding routine. I’ve got the protein, tupperware, veggies, George Forman grill, ripped fuel, ephedra, and everything else I think I need. So far with my research online I’ve found I need the following:
Since my Lean Body Mass is 144 pounds:
Each Day
216 grams of protein per day.
72 grams of carbs per day.
144 grams of fat per day.
2448 calories per day.
Now comes the hard part of figuring out what foods to eat to be able to follow these guidelines. I guess that will be my goal for week 2. My biggest problem, since I’m a college student, is I don’t have much of a budget available to work with.
