So the 1st week went well. I’m using Matt Danielson’s Beginner Bodybuilding routine. I’ve got the protein, tupperware, veggies, George Forman grill, ripped fuel, ephedra, and everything else I think I need. So far with my research online I’ve found I need the following:
Since my Lean Body Mass is 144 pounds:
Each Day
216 grams of protein per day.
72 grams of carbs per day.
144 grams of fat per day.
2448 calories per day.
Now comes the hard part of figuring out what foods to eat to be able to follow these guidelines. I guess that will be my goal for week 2. My biggest problem, since I’m a college student, is I don’t have much of a budget available to work with.

I just started getting back into all this. I spent the weekend getting ready. I got the okay from my Dr. to do some light work with my left ankle. I tore it last year. I still have problems with calf raises and squats but that doesn’t mean I can’t train the rest of my body right! Monday, the first day, I get hit with an I.B.S attack. I guess my stomach wasn’t ready for a change. None the less, its just one small obstacle I see myself being tested with. This whole week is going by really fast and I love the soreness. I plan on taking before pictures and than after pictures again in December. Thank you all so much for the inspirational comments.

Will
P.S.
Vote for Ron Paul 2008.
