So yeah I don’t know if anyone else has these people, you know the one’s who show up to the gym on Mondays and then slowly toward the end of the week the REALLY dedicated are there and the one’s who just go after the weekend aren’t. I’m mean you take the whole weekend drinking, eating whatever and then think doing chest and biceps every Monday is going to somehow take care of all that fat and gelatinousness Without fail these people are there every Monday and never there on Fridays. Maybe one Monday I’d like to do chest, or do biceps…nope, can never find open equipment besides leg press and smith machines on Mondays (that is if they dont pull a flat bench under the smith machine to do bench press , and they never do legs). So i switched my day off from the gym to Mondays, decided it’s better to take my off day when everyone else tries to make up for the weekend in a single day, it’s been working for me I can do chest now to start the week rather than having to do legs and shoulders that day.

So yesterday i had chest and tris…well to back up ordered my protein and waiting on it to ship overseas so i ran out yesterday (i know poor planning on my part)…took no supps no protein except through normal eating (tuna, chicken). I go into the gym not feeling quite right, thinking I’m not going to have a good workout, feeling weak. Start out on bench press with 305, put it up a couple times. Threw on 315, felt easy. Put on 325, just as easy. Had to hold off there, didn’t want to hurt anything, then did 275 for working sets. My entire workout goes like this for chest, and tris were no different. Walked out of the gym feeling like a 5 year old on red bull, had tons of energy left And i took nothing, no naNo, no cell-tech, no nitro-tech…it was definately a good time, hoping legs goes just as well today

So I reached the 10% body fat goal now I’m going to start bulking, try and gain 15-20lbs of muscle and keep bf percentage the same for spring then cut for the summer. Started with a new trainer, got a new program, and getting tips from another competitor for the next 3 months while in country. First leg day on the program:

Leg press: 700lbsx20repsx2sets

Squat (breaking parallel): 225lbsx20repsx2sets

Leg Extension/Curls Superset: 160/145lbs (respectively)x20repsx2sets

Really focus on the pump. Legs still feel tight, finished off the day with abs.
