New lifting partner, new focus…
Wednesday, January 14th, 2009So I’m back to lifting heavy 6 days a week, got cardio going on 6 days a week, and got the diet about 95% clean
Plus got a new lifting partner who shares pretty much the same goals as myself, same strength in terms of weight (no need for de-rack-re-racking of weights
), and just as motivated so now i can go real heavy and not have to worry about my forced reps. Huge plus for me, i like to go heavy and you wouldn’t believe how much time it takes to go through an entire workout adding time for racking and de-racking different weights for each person. So yeah all in all good times
