Monday Warriors….
So yeah I don’t know if anyone else has these people, you know the one’s who show up to the gym on Mondays and then slowly toward the end of the week the REALLY dedicated are there and the one’s who just go after the weekend aren’t. I’m mean you take the whole weekend drinking, eating whatever and then think doing chest and biceps every Monday is going to somehow take care of all that fat and gelatinousness
Without fail these people are there every Monday and never there on Fridays. Maybe one Monday I’d like to do chest, or do biceps…nope, can never find open equipment besides leg press and smith machines on Mondays (that is if they dont pull a flat bench under the smith machine to do bench press
, and they never do legs). So i switched my day off from the gym to Mondays, decided it’s better to take my off day when everyone else tries to make up for the weekend in a single day, it’s been working for me I can do chest now to start the week rather than having to do legs and shoulders that day.

Gelatinousness…LOL! That made me laugh. It’s so true though, that’s why I quit the gym and converted my office. Now the only person I have to deal with is my fiancee changing the plates on me….hahaha.

i know about those damn monday warriors. i think that’s why i’m known at the gym… cuz i’m there like 5 days a week… and i’m always focused… i hate those quick fix people… they are making the gym in to a torture chamber… where they go to punish them selves for what they had done over the weekend! (why not go to the gym on friday and reward your self fatasstivities
