Strongest in the AOR….
So i tweak my back Wed doing legs…still kinda screwed up and feeling bad yesterday. Well last night was the strongest in the AOR competition, couldn’t compete with the back being in the shape it was, so i decide to help spot and pull off weight. To make a long story short by the time all is said and done the overall winner takes it with the same weight I do my working sets with 
Definately wish I had remembered it was this last Saturday I wouldn’t have gone as heavy Wed. Oh well hopefully they have another comp before I leave…
