Getting Beastly
So I reached the 10% body fat goal now I’m going to start bulking, try and gain 15-20lbs of muscle and keep bf percentage the same for spring then cut for the summer. Started with a new trainer, got a new program, and getting tips from another competitor for the next 3 months while in country. First leg day on the program:
Leg press: 700lbsx20repsx2sets
Squat (breaking parallel): 225lbsx20repsx2sets
Leg Extension/Curls Superset: 160/145lbs (respectively)x20repsx2sets
Really focus on the pump. Legs still feel tight, finished off the day with abs.
