Well, here we go again, after two weeks in Bangkok, 17 hours in the tattoo chair and 99 hours of work in during my first week back in the oceanless beach, I have managed to get back in to the gym. Mixed it up a little this time by starting on a Saturday, since the weeekends are less populated in our gym over here. I also cut back to one training partner who has hte same goals as I. I have thrown out all suppliments with the exception of protein, cell mass and NO explode ( liquid crack).

As I plan to visit England during the first weeks of July, this will mainly be a superset series for the next three months with intentions of hitting extremely hard from the end of June until October. I have a lot of huge goals for myself, these help me mantain focus, with working the 12 hour days 7 days a week then lifting for two hours every night for 5 days with two days off.

In October, when i get back to the states. I have to attend a wedding on the 10th afterwhich, I will have approximately 14 days to do whatever. I do plan on hitting Vegas for 4 days and maybe the Dominican Republic for a few, so if anyone is in those areas let me know as I love to travel

As a few of you know I have pretty much been a resident of Iraq for the past 42 months, why? who knows, I feel that if I were to go back to normal life in the United States I would be bored off my ass. The rush that I experience out here is that the same of going to the gym. It is a desire, I am addicted to the adrenaline. Life isn’t nearly as rough out here as it was in 2004, but, we still get the incoming rounds and as I make 5 or 6 daily drives along perimeter road, it is always in my mind, if one is going to come in today. Every night prior to falling asleep I wonder if I am going to see tomorrow.

I appreciate every soldier, from all over the world, who is out here, some are at greater risk than others, some have it pretty nice, but we are all of the same team. Can we survive without each other, maybe, but we all know how difficult it would be.

I love my country, I love my freedom and will do whatever it takes to keep it.
